The Competent Authority for all working on different types of vessels such as Indian Seafarers, Repair Team, Surveyor, Seismic Personnel etc, is "Director General of Shipping", Government of India.

For Safety at Sea and of Seafarers, DG Shipping make it Mandatory that any Seafarer crossing Immigration Check point to join vessel whether in India or abroad should be in possession of emigration Clearance certificate issued by approved RPSL Agency.

If any Client, who have selected Indian Seafarers on direct payroll , in such case we provide eMigrate services to such client for a nominal fees.
